At Trahide®, we are committed to providing premium-quality leather products. However, we understand that there may be cases where a return is necessary. Below are the terms and conditions of our 7-day Return Policy, applicable across all our platforms and marketplaces.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused, unaltered, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Custom, personalized, or special-order items are non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is present.
  • Trahide® reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our conditions.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at info@trahide.com or call +1 786-205-4832 within 7 days of receipt. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions.
  • Carefully repack the item in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided:

  • Ensure that your RA number is clearly marked on the return package. Returns without an RA number will not be processed.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product using the steps outlined above, and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We may request photos or additional information to process the claim efficiently. We will provide a replacement or refund for any product confirmed to have a manufacturing defect.

Limitations of Liability

Trahide® is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow care instructions. Our products are natural and may have slight variations in color, texture, or size. Such variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns.
