Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in original condition, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at info@trahide.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Items sent back without an RA number will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Options

  • Option A: We provide a prepaid return label for $19.99 (Continental U.S., single-item orders only).
  • Option B: Use your own shipping method at your expense. Include the RA number inside the package.

Restocking Fees

  • Returns within 7 days of delivery: 10% restocking fee + shipping costs.
  • Returns between 8–30 days of delivery: 20% restocking fee + shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@trahide.com.

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it and, once accepted, place a new order for the item you want.

Damaged or Defective Items

Inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@trahide.com or +1 (305) 281-7632. We'll provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, after verification.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging. Proof of purchase required.
